Grinder v1.2
This addon or stand-alone machine can be used to decrease flake sizes of your shredded plastic down to 1mm. A smaller flake size has a direct quality impact, for extrusion and injection. You can also print it (PET only) then much easier since there are number of granulate printers already out there.
The method used in this design is standard for industrial grinders. You may find the knifes on scrapyards as well.

Remarks:
- you can use the existing v3 shredder box to make this work
- you can make the knifes yourself if you know how to weld and use an angle grinder and a belt sander (for knife makers)
- the design is scalable and already proven and in production (3devo.com)
